Ingredients:
- 5 large bell peppers, or jarred roasted peppers (600 grams drained weight)
- 3-4 tablespoons Collected Foods Rose Harissa Blend
- 1 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 5 tablespoons olive oil, and more for storing
Directions:
- Place olive oil in a small pot, add Rose Harissa blend.
- Warm until it starts to bubble and become fragrant.
- Places peppers into a food processor, and pulse until pepper are very chopped, add harissa olive oil mixture and blend into a paste
- Season with lemon juice and serve.
