Rose Harissa Pepper Paste - Collected Foods


  • 5 large bell peppers, or jarred roasted peppers (600 grams drained weight)
  • 3-4 tablespoons Collected Foods Rose Harissa Blend
  • 1 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil, and more for storing 


  1. Place olive oil in a small pot, add Rose Harissa blend.
  2. Warm until it starts to bubble and become fragrant.
  3. Places peppers into a food processor, and pulse until pepper are very chopped, add harissa olive oil mixture and blend into a paste 
  4. Season with lemon juice and serve.
