    Wow! I "bloomed" the spice with a touch of butter and olive oil and then tossed eggs into the pan = delicious scrambled eggs kicked up quite a few notches with this spice blend. I look forward to using it on grilled meats and vegies. Another great spice from Collected Foods!

    I have so many of the Collected Foods spices that I knew I needed to try this one. It is really true you get what you pay for. The Collected Foods brand are quality spices at a reasonable price. Their Aleppo Pepper has such a great flavor, but isn't super spicy.
