We want you happy with every pouch. Because spices are food products, unused and sealed items are easiest to take back.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

What’s eligible (inclusions)

Eligible for return/refund when all apply:

• Pouch is unopened / seal intact
• In original condition and packaging
• Requested within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order number / receipt)

Damaged or wrong item on arrival: email us within 7 days of delivery with order number + photos. We’ll replace or refund — you shouldn’t pay to fix our mistake.

What’s not eligible (exclusions)

• Opened pouches (food safety)
• Pouches past the return window
• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage
• Gift cards (if offered)

How to start a return

1. Email rspringer@collectedfoods.com with your order number and reason.
2. Wait for return approval and instructions.
3. Ship to the address we confirm in that email (current returns mail: 1410 Northern Blvd #1033, Manhasset, NY 11030 — confirm in the reply before shipping).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
Original outbound shipping is generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damage in transit. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we ask you to return something because of our error.

Exchanges

We don’t run an automated exchange cart — reply to your approval email if you’d rather swap for a different blend; we’ll help when stock allows.
