Umami Stir-Fried Vegetables - Collected Foods

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons Canola Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of Collected Foods Umami Powder 
  • 2 cups mixed Vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon Water 
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar 

Directions:

  • Chop the garlic.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.  
  • Once oil is hot, add the chopped garlic and lightly saute.
  • Add the vegetables in and sprinkle the Umami Powder overtop.
  • Add the water and vinegar and cook vegetables until tender.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
