- 2 teaspoons Canola Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon of Collected Foods Umami Powder
- 2 cups mixed Vegetables
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- Chop the garlic.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Once oil is hot, add the chopped garlic and lightly saute.
- Add the vegetables in and sprinkle the Umami Powder overtop.
- Add the water and vinegar and cook vegetables until tender.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
