Ingredients
- 1.5 lb boneless chicken thighs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tsp Collected Foods Aleppo Pepper, divided
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 3 cups cooked grains (farro, rice, or quinoa)
- Cucumber, tomato, herbs, and lemon
- Olive oil
Directions
- Mix yogurt, 1.5 tsp Aleppo Pepper, garlic, and salt. Coat chicken; marinate at least 1 hour.
- Roast at 425°F for 25–30 minutes or grill until cooked through. Slice.
- Build bowls with grains, vegetables, and chicken. Dust with remaining Aleppo Pepper and drizzle oil and lemon.
