Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb boneless chicken, chunks
- 1 cauliflower, small florets
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Collected Foods Zaatar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt; yogurt sauce to serve
Directions
- Toss chicken and cauliflower with oil, zaatar, garlic powder, and salt.
- Spread out (don’t crowd). Roast at 450°F for 25–30 minutes, flipping once, until crisp-edged.
- Serve with a simple lemon yogurt.
- Leftovers keep refrigerated up to 3 days; rewarm gently.
- Taste and adjust salt or spice before serving.
