Ingredients
- 3/4 cup neutral oil
- 3 Tbsp Collected Foods Korean Chili (Gochugaru)
- 1 tsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
- Pinch MSG or mushroom powder (optional)
Directions
- Combine gochugaru, soy, sugar, garlic, sesame, and optional MSG in a jar.
- Heat oil until a wooden chopstick bubbles gently around it.
- Pour over chili mix; stir. Cool, then seal.
- Use on noodles, dumplings, eggs, and roasted vegetables.
- Taste and adjust salt or spice before serving.
