Serves: 4
Why this spice: Collected Foods Harissa Spice Powder builds a sticky, smoky-sweet glaze that lacqueres chicken thighs without a long marinade.
Ingredients
- 2 lb bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Collected Foods Harissa Spice Powder
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Lemon wedges and soft herbs for serving
Directions
- Heat oven to 425°F. Pat chicken dry. Whisk oil, Harissa Spice Powder, honey, lemon, garlic, and salt.
- Coat thighs thoroughly; arrange skin-side up on a lined sheet pan.
- Roast 35–40 minutes until skin is deep golden and juices run clear (165°F).
- Rest 5 minutes. Spoon pan juices over the chicken and serve with lemon and herbs.
For extra sticky edges, broil 1–2 minutes at the end — watch closely.
