Ingredients
- 1 lb yeasted flatbread dough
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Collected Foods Zaatar
- Optional minced herbs (thyme/parsley)
- Flaky salt
Directions
- Stir zaatar into oil (and herbs if using).
- Roll dough into rounds; rest 10 minutes.
- Spread topping edge to edge; bake on a hot stone or sheet at 500°F until spotted, 6–10 minutes.
- Finish with flaky salt. Tear and share.
- Taste and adjust salt or spice before serving.
