Ingredients
- 2 cups thick labneh or Greek yogurt strained overnight
- 1.5 tbsp Collected Foods Aleppo Pepper
- 1 tsp dried mint or za'atar (optional)
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- Olive oil, to cover
- Pita and cucumbers, for serving
Directions
- Season labneh with salt. Roll into 16 small balls with oiled hands.
- Mix Aleppo Pepper with mint if using. Roll balls to coat.
- Pack into a clean jar and cover with olive oil. Chill at least 4 hours (keeps up to 1 week).
- Serve with pita and cucumbers, spooning a little oil over the top.
