Ingredients
- 2 cups thick labneh or strained Greek yogurt
- 3 Tbsp Collected Foods Zaatar
- Olive oil, for storing
- Pinch salt if labneh is unsalted
Directions
- If needed, drain yogurt in cheesecloth overnight to thicken.
- Roll tablespoon scoops into balls with oiled hands.
- Coat thoroughly in zaatar.
- Store submerged in olive oil in the fridge up to 1 week. Serve as mezze.
- Taste and adjust salt or spice before serving.
