Ingredients
- 1.5 lb ground lamb
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 1 carrot, finely diced
- 1 celery stalk, finely diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp Collected Foods Tuscan Grill Italian Seasoning
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup red wine (optional)
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 lb pappardelle
- Parmesan and parsley
Directions
- Brown lamb in oil; drain excess fat if needed. Soften onion, carrot, and celery in the pot.
- Add garlic, Tuscan Grill seasoning, and tomato paste; cook 2 minutes. Deglaze with wine if using.
- Add tomatoes and salt. Simmer gently 45–60 minutes until thick and rich.
- Cook pappardelle; toss with ragù and a splash of pasta water.
- Serve with Parmesan and parsley.
