Ingredients
- 2 whole branzino (about 1–1.25 lb each), cleaned
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tsp Collected Foods Aleppo Pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
Directions
- Heat oven to 425°F. Score fish skin lightly. Rub with oil, Aleppo Pepper, and salt inside and out.
- Stuff cavities with lemon, basil, and garlic. Place on a sheet pan.
- Roast 15–20 minutes until flesh flakes at the backbone.
- Serve with extra lemon and a pinch of Aleppo Pepper at the table.
