Ingredients
- 12 oz very fresh sushi-grade salmon, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp Collected Foods Zaatar
- Flaky salt
- Thin cucumber or radish (optional)
Directions
- Arrange salmon on a chilled plate.
- Whisk oil, lemon, and zaatar; spoon lightly over fish.
- Season with flaky salt. Add cucumber/radish if using.
- Serve immediately as an appetizer.
- Taste and adjust salt or spice before serving.
