Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Collected Foods Korean Chili (Gochugaru)
- 1 Tbsp gochujang
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 Asian pear or apple, grated (optional)
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 green onions
- 1 Tbsp oil, for cooking
Directions
- Whisk soy, gochugaru, gochujang, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and pear. Toss with beef, onion, and green onion; marinate 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet screaming hot with oil. Cook beef in batches 2–3 minutes until caramelized edges form.
- Return all to pan for a final toss in juices.
- Serve with lettuce wraps, rice, and banchan.
- Taste and adjust salt or spice before serving.
