Za’atar Manakeesh Cocktail (Half Cheese / Half Za’atar): Herb-forward Levantine flavor for breads, eggs, and roast pans. Collected Foods Za'atar is the flavor driver.

Why this spice: Half zaatar, half cheese manakeesh gives a cocktail party two toppings from one bake.
Ingredients
- 1 lb dough, 4 rounds
- 3 Tbsp Collected Foods Zaatar mixed with 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup grated mozzarella or akkawi-style cheese
- Pinch salt
Directions
- Stretch dough rounds. On each, spread zaatar oil on one half and cheese on the other.
- Bake at 475°F for 8–12 minutes until cheese bubbles and zaatar side browns.
- Cool 1 minute; slice into wedges for sharing.
- Leftovers keep refrigerated up to 3 days; rewarm gently.
- Taste and adjust salt or spice before serving.
