Ingredients
- 1/3 cup good olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Collected Foods Zaatar
- Pinch flaky salt
- Optional: drop of pomegranate molasses
- Warm pita or crusty bread
Directions
- Pour oil onto a shallow plate.
- Spoon zaatar in a line or mound; add salt and optional molasses.
- Swipe warm bread through oil and spice.
- Refresh the plate as needed.
- Taste and adjust salt or spice before serving.
