Ingredients
- 1.5 cups couscous
- 1.5 cups boiling stock or water
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1.5 tsp Collected Foods Ras El Hanout
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped mint and parsley
- 2 tbsp toasted sliced almonds
Directions
- Place couscous and salt in a bowl. Pour boiling liquid over, cover tightly, and steam 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile melt butter with Ras El Hanout over low heat until foamy and fragrant.
- Fluff couscous with a fork, pour spiced butter over, and toss.
- Fold in herbs, pomegranate, and almonds. Serve warm alongside grilled meats or roasted vegetables.
