Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 3 tbsp Collected Foods Coffee Rub
- 1 tsp chili powder or ancho powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Directions
- Remove membrane. Mix Coffee Rub, chili powder, and salt; coat ribs. Rest 1 hour or overnight.
- Bake wrapped in foil at 300°F for 2 hours. Unwrap, brush sauce, and bake 20–30 minutes more at 375°F.
- Rest 10 minutes; cut into ribs.
