Ingredients
- Dough: 3/4 cup warm milk, 2.25 tsp yeast, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 egg, 4 tbsp melted butter, 3 cups flour, 1 tsp salt
- Filling: 4 tbsp softened butter, 2/3 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp Collected Foods Saigon Cinnamon
- Icing: 4 oz cream cheese, 2 tbsp butter, 3/4 cup powdered sugar, splash of milk
Directions
- Proof yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar. Mix dough ingredients; knead until smooth. Rise 1 hour.
- Roll dough into a 12x16-inch rectangle. Spread butter; mix brown sugar and Saigon Cinnamon and sprinkle evenly.
- Roll up tightly, cut 12 rolls, place in a buttered pan. Rise 30–40 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 22–28 minutes until golden. Frost warm rolls with beaten icing.
