Ingredients
- 2 cups hummus
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- Parsley and lemon wedges
Directions
- Spread hummus on a platter.
- Brown beef in oil; season with Saigon Cinnamon, cumin, and salt. Cook until crisp in spots.
- Spoon beef over hummus; top with pine nuts and parsley. Serve with lemon and pita.
