Collected Foods kitchen recipe.
Sticky Maple Cinnamon Rolls: Bakery-style warmth from the spice drawer, not a mix. Collected Foods Saigon Cinnamon is the flavor driver.
Serves: 9–12 sticky rolls
Why this spice: Maple and Collected Foods Saigon Cinnamon make sticky roll caramel taste deeper and more aromatic than mild cinnamon alone.
Ingredients
- 1 batch soft dinner-roll dough (about 1.5 lb) or refrigerated dough
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1.5 tbsp Collected Foods Saigon Cinnamon
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, optional
Directions
- Melt 4 tbsp butter with maple, brown sugar, 1 tbsp Saigon Cinnamon, and salt. Pour into a 9x9-inch pan; add pecans if using.
- Roll dough, spread remaining butter, sprinkle remaining cinnamon and a spoon of brown sugar. Roll, slice, and nestle into the pan.
- Rise until puffy. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes.
- Invert onto a platter while hot so the maple caramel coats the rolls.
